Dear Pat:
Thanks a ton for having Ken tell us that the
oak floor would look bad with the cabinet I
picked. Yikes! I’d have hated it to look,
well, not perfect. It looks perfect now. My
husband is going to flip when he gets home.
Neither of us can believe that a house so
nice will actually be ours. Thanks again

It's the story of a family tradition of craftsmanship Patrick Ceithamer has been a builder ever since he can remember. When he was eight years old,
Pat was permitted to join the men doing framing, hauling lumber, and hammering nails at his
father's construction company. At nine, he was the perfect size for shingling roofs.
Throughout his youth, he learned the fundamentals - from framing, subfloor installation,
painting, and drywalling, to landscaping, siding, window installation and concrete.
More important than the whats, Pat learned the whys - why studs should put be placed where they
are, why certain areas get braced off, how trusses work. He learned how to build houses that
stand up and stay up.
Construction is in the Ceithamer genes. Uncle Larry owns Summit Builders. Pat learned master trim carpentry working at his Uncle Dan's company, Sterling Concepts Builders. Uncle Fred owns and operates Fred Miller Construction. But mostly, Pat grew up working for and with his dad.
In addition to making sure he learned every aspect of his craft hands-on, from the basics down to the finest details, Jim Ceithamer instilled in his son a dedication to quality and a sense of pride in a job well done. He also taught him integrity - the importance of keeping promises and doing things right.
By the time his father retired from construction and Pat decided to found his
own construction company, Pat, with his brother joining him, had amassed over
thirty years of expert building and remodeling experience between them. Since
1994, Silver Stone Construction has been building and remodeling top quality
homes throughout south-central Wisconsin
